What should be the recommended treatment for Asymptomatic Gallstones at the age of a 9 years boy?

Universal Laws - April 17, 2009

My 9 (nine) years old son was suffering from acute Gastritis with fever and vomiting with acute abdominal tenderness. After completion of antibiotic with other medicinal management, whole abdomen USG was advised. By USG, multiple gallstone have been detected. The largest one is 5.8 mm. Now there is no manifestation of gallstone.

Uhmmm…If he was vomiting and feverish and abdominally tender…or whatever…than don't those count as symptoms? Thus meaning that he does not have "Asymptomatic" Gallstones?
