And if you have no knowledge on the subject please don't bother to respond with a trying-to-be-witty comment. It only highlights your ignorance. Visualisation is as old as mankind – try reading about it.

Yes, all the time. The greatest changes are to my own psyche. Whether meditational CDs or Ancient Rituals, Visualization is a powerful tool.
