We see various people with unusual hereditary conditions.
Some can twist and undulate their tongues like tentacles (giggity), others have six toes on each foot, and still others are rarely born with two sets of eyes, ears, or other strange manifestations of developmental and hereditary change.
What widespread changes as a result of evolution do you see emerging over the next decades, centuries, even millenia?
